In a non-metal bowl, mix one part Mystic Kiss Galaxy Clay powder and one part water, using a makeup brush or small wooden spoon. As you stir the powder and water, bring your attention fully into the moment.

While holding the mixture, take a few deep breaths, and visualize yourself glowing with golden strength, as a tree, with roots extending from the bottoms of your feet. Imagine these roots growing into the Earth below, deeper and deeper, rooting and stabilizing deep within the core of the planet. Then, starting in your heart center, see the branches growing upward, glowing beautifully, extending up into the cosmos as far as you can see.

When you are ready, apply a thin layer of the clay mask to your whole face. Clay has a stabilizing, grounding Earth energy. As you’re applying the mixture, clearly define your intention to release old, stagnant energies, in order to make room for new energy that resonates with your spirit. Allow the mask to dry for 10-15 minutes.

As the clay dries, feel the stagnant energies, stuck in and around your body, ready to be released. This might feel uncomfortable at first, but once you can feel them you can release them. Visualize the clay binding to anything you don’t need to keep in your energy field. You might journal, stretch or do yoga, meditate in silence, or relax into music during this time. As the clay begins to tighten, visualize a gorgeous light filling your whole being. The light grows brighter and brighter, surrounding you. See the glow coming from your heart, and expanding through the roots of the tree deep in the Earth all the way to the cosmic branches. In your mind’s eye, or with your hands physically, make sweeping motions across your energy field, brushing away the stagnant energies. You are releasing old energies to make room for more alignment with your spirit and the universal flow.

The perfect time to remove the clay mask is when it has tightened slightly, but isn’t too dry. Wash off the Mystic Kiss Galaxy Clay by gently rubbing in circular motions with a face cloth damp with warm water. As the clay is removed, feel the stagnant energies removed with it; Washing away, down the drain. They are released back into the Earth. Feel a weight lifted, and the new life in your skin.
